I was a Simulation Associate / Quality Analyst at Eclaro, a global talent solutions company that provides fully integrated, high-impact business performance solutions. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from La Verdad Christian College, where I developed my skills in media production, research, and analysis. I am passionate about delivering immersive simulated practice for essential skills in the workplace, powered by humans and assisted by an AI in a 1:1 session.
In my previous role, I handled promotion of sessions to be covered and scheduling sessions for learners from different clients, as well as conducting quality audits and handling any session cancellation. I have completed training for Simulation Associate, Emergency Call Out, and Quality Assurance, and I have gained valuable experience in providing customer experience, functionality, health and wellness solutions. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of simulation associates, quality analysts, and client managers, and I am always eager to learn from feedback and improve my performance.
