For the past two years, I've honed my customer service skills in various call centers, handling a range of accounts. Throughout my career, I've become adept at utilizing Salesforce and Zendesk for ticket management, Slack, Zoom, and Teams for seamless communication, and Shopify for efficient order tracking.
In addition to my call center roles, I served as a virtual assistant for a talented Kajabi specialist and web developer. During this role, I utilized Canva and CapCut for photo and video editing, collaborated on website development using Wix, Kajabi, and Squarespace. Together with my client, we also managed two e-commerce accounts, providing email customer support through Gorgias and order management on Shopify as well.
