Customer service expert keen on being part of the remote job industry. 10 years ago, I started out as a dining staff at a family casual dining restaurant providing excellent customer quality service with a smile. Fast forward and I was able to accumulate skills desired for administrative duties, inbound customer service, sales, retention and sales development roles in a inbound voice BPO setting for US and AUS markets . Experiencing all of this and reflecting on what I want to pursue. I have found that there's nothing I would love to do more than making people happy through solving problems, developing relationships and contributing to the overall growth of a business.
