I was an administrative assistant for almost 8 years managing a team of around 20 people. I have a solid background in customer service given my experiences in the BPO industry and working remotely. I am a resourceful and innovative person. I look for ways to overcome difficult challenges and think outside the box to improve customer service. I am a fast learner who is always seeking to improve professionally and as a person. I may lack some of the experiences required but I have a quick grasp of new tools and technologies to become an effective and efficient part of the team.
